Serre Agriculture
In the photography and production work we carried out for Serre, we transformed the entire production journey—from the arrival of the products at the facility to the freeze-drying process—into a cohesive visual narrative. We documented the hygienic preparation areas, the sorting of the fruits, their placement on trays, the operating stages of the freeze-drying machines, and the meticulous work of the production team within the natural workflow.
While highlighting the overall structure of the facility through drone footage, we also documented the appearance of figs, lemons, and various fruits before and after processing through professional product photography. In this way, we turned Serre’s process of handling products obtained from its own production areas and contract farming model at its facility in Polatlı—without using additives, preservatives, or added sugar—into a strong visual archive suitable for websites, catalogues, social media, and corporate promotional materials.
